The Perfect Day

Sunday was a rather perfect day.  I spent the day with the fam, and really, what’s better than that?  Here’s the day in pictures…’cause sometimes they say things that words just can’t!

  9. You know there is a protein called pro complex that has per scoop 30 grams of protein, .5 of fat and 2.5 grams of carbs. I like it because it has protein from egg and whey.

There is also Zero carb isopure that has just 30 grams of protein per scoop and nothing else.

I like your blog, I am getting back to competing shape (20 lbs to go)so hang in there you're doing awesome.
